We at Sai Dress Emporium understand that sometimes you might need to return or exchange an item. We are happy to assist you with the process as long as you follow our policy guidelines.
Order Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Within 24 Hours: If, unfortunately, you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. You can either send an email to [[email protected]] or call us at [+917895456998].
(Please note that there are no Cancellation applicable once the order is shipped.)
Outright Cancellations by You:
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. However, during peak seasons (such as festivals) and orders made during the such events, a nominal fee may be charged for cancellation.
Mischievous orders (intended to exploit system loopholes or knowingly unfulfillable) may face a cancellation charge to cover online transaction fees and other costs.
Cancellation After Product Shipment:
If you’ve already received the product, it will be eligible for replacement at our counter. This applies only in cases where defects are found with the product.
Please report such incidents within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with image proof of the issues. We will exchange the product within 48 hours of the delivery date.
Exchange Requirements
- Only if there is a Size issue, we proceed with exchanges at our counter.
- You must present a valid receipt or proof of purchase at the time of exchange.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Non-Eligible Products for Return or Replacement:
The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
- Any product exhibiting physical damage to the product or its accessory.
- Any product returned without all originally included parts and items.
- Any product lacking a valid, readable, untampered serial number and tag (including missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial numbers).
Price Differences
If you are exchanging for a different size or costume that has a higher price point, you will be responsible for paying the difference in price at the time of exchange. Conversely, if the new item is less expensive, we will not be able to offer a refund for the price difference.
Exclusions
This exchange policy does not apply to items purchased on sale or clearance.
How to Initiate an Exchange
Please bring the item you wish to exchange, along with your receipt or proof of purchase, to our counter located in Dehradun within24 hours of delivery. Our staff will be happy to assist you with the exchange process.
